August 3, 2010 ~Merced, CA ~
AHRMA and Cal-VMX once again headed for the World Famous Glen Helen
Raceway this past Sunday. This venue was held on the USGP
track and was beautifully laid out. The track staff where very
accommodating and the track was in excellent condition. There were 138 riders (220 entries) who all enjoyed the day while visiting with family and friends. Spectators line the track to watch, while most gates for filled with 30 to 35 riders, all poised to moto around the awesome track. Marty Tripes was there supporting the organizations while promoting his 100cc Revenge class and the Carlsbad Old Times were our special quests. The next event at Glen Helen will be an AHRMA National on September 4th and 5th. PVMX will be on Saturday on the USGP Track (front track) and VMX will be on Sunday on the REM (back track).
